INTRO
A playful and carefully constructed filter blend from Czech roaster The Naughty Dog — two coffees from two continents, united by a shared commitment to clarity and sweetness. Sidra from El Diviso in Huila brings intense tropical fruit and rich body via anaerobic natural processing; washed Heirloom from Taferi Kela in Sidamo brings freshness, floral nuance, and clean acidity. Together they create something neither could achieve alone. In the cup: green apple and bubblegum sweetness, black tea refinement, and a velvety milk chocolate finish.
THE COMPONENTS
The blend draws on two distinct origins and two contrasting processing philosophies. From El Diviso farm in Huila, Colombia, a dry anaerobic natural Sidra — fermented in sealed, oxygen-free conditions to develop pronounced fruity sweetness and full-bodied depth. From Taferi Kela in Sidamo, Ethiopia, a traditionally washed Heirloom lot — processed to emphasise clarity, freshness, and the natural floral nuances for which Ethiopian coffee is celebrated.
The deliberate contrast between the two methods is the defining idea behind the blend: the anaerobic Colombian Sidra grounds the cup with sweetness and body, while the washed Ethiopian Heirloom lifts it with brightness and delicacy.
