BooKoo Themis Ultra Smart Bluetooth Espresso Scales
£99.00
Description
The Bookoo Themis Ultra Coffee Scale takes everything users loved about the original Themis Mini and expands it into a more versatile, all-purpose brewing platform. Designed for baristas and home brewers who move between espresso and filter coffee, the Ultra combines fast response times, precision weighing, and a larger working surface in a sleek, low-profile design.
Where the Themis Mini excels as a compact espresso scale, the Ultra offers additional space and functionality for pour-over brewers, batch brewing, and multi-purpose coffee setups. The upgraded waterproof construction, extended battery life, and advanced brewing modes make it equally at home under an espresso machine or alongside your V60.
Ultra-responsive sensors deliver instant feedback for accurate dosing and extraction monitoring, while the integrated timer and smart brewing functions help maintain consistency across every cup. The clear LED display keeps key brewing data visible at a glance without interrupting workflow.
Whether you're dialling in espresso shots or refining your morning filter routine, the Themis Ultra is built for precision, durability, and complete brewing flexibility.
