We dispatch all orders made before 11:59 a.m the same working day and when possible, we also dispatch on Saturdays.

For orders at or below £39.99 the following shipping charges apply
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £2.49
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £2.99
For letter-sized items (replacement parts), these will be shipped via standard mail.
In some circumstances where our warehousing and stock location creates difficulties in dispatching on time via the regular Royal Mail Tracked services, an appropriate alternative may be used such as DPD, for example, to ensure the timely dispatch of your order. In such circumstances your order may arrive in multiple packages on two different days. This is the case when you order larger items together with smaller items, for example an espresso machine and coffee.

- Taxes and Duties are included for Germany & France the rest of the world, taxes and duties are not included and you remain entirely responsible for payment upon receipt.
We have an EU warehouse with limited items to be able to purchase directly from the EU where taxes are included for all EU states - Sigma Coffee EU
Our policy
We define a working day as Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays. All times are referred to UK local time (GMT/BST as appropriate).
We cannot guarantee any delivery dates as they are subject to the courier volume and network capabilities at the time. We aim for 2-3 working days with standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 and 1-2 working days with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Please note Royal Mail Tracked 48 does not mean 48 hours and Royal Mail Tracked 24 does not mean 24 hours! These are trademarked names and do not refer to the number of hours it takes to receive your parcel - this is a common misconception!
For international shipments, you are importing from the United Kingdom. Your purchase may be subject to import tax and duty within jurisdiction of your country and will be liable to pay these charges.
FROM JULY 2026: EU LOW VALUE IMPORT CHANGES (Order below 150 EUR)
From 1 July 2026, new EU customs regulations may apply to orders shipped from the UK into the European Union.
Orders valued under €150 may be subject to a new €3 customs duty per declared line item, in addition to VAT, customs processing fees, and clearance requirements depending on the destination country and courier handling procedures. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and shipping providers and are outside of our control. Please note we remain not responsible for customs charges.
