The standard manufacturer warranty provided on most machines we provide are listed below together with the extension we provide under our Gold cover.

What does standard warranty include?

• Repair and replacement of the machine should a repair not be viable
• Reinforcement of statutory protections, enshrined within manufacturer-backed policies

What does Gold cover include?

• An extension of your warranty beyond the standard warranty period included with the manufacturer, to a total of up to 3 years
  
• Concrete Approval to use third party burrs purchased exclusively from Sigma Coffee UK when covering 
• The warranty includes up to 3 repairs within the gold warranty period and up to 2 replacement machines in the case of a repair not being viable.
• All postage and shipping included, with repairs taking no longer than 14 days.
  
• For each approved repair, a voucher or discount code to use against a future purchase
  
• If you have purchased your machine within the last three months (from either us or elsewhere from an approved retailer) we can warrant your machine, just email us at warranty@sigmacoffee.co.uk to apply.
• Upgrading your machine? Transfer credit on your current policy against taking out a new Gold warranty package on your new machine, meaning your policy is never wasted
