Description
Custom water-mineral blend developed for April with APAX Lab. It is intended for low-ppm base water and April’s roasting style and brewing equipment.

How to use
- Shake the bottle for one minute.
- Add 1g of minerals per 1L of brewing water, or add 1–2 drops to a brewed cup of coffee.
Base water and yield
- Use low-ppm water at 10–30 ppm.
- Each bottle yields around 100–200 cups, depending on brew volume.
Espresso-machine note
April does not recommend using these minerals in an espresso machine. A few drops can be added to the finished espresso.
