We recommend starting from filtered water, or demineralised water that has a low ppm. From there you can build your water, for your brew.

Jamm [2] Composition: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate.
Lilac [3] Composition: water, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride.
How It Works
Add just a few drops to your brew water, espresso, or filter recipe to unlock new dimensions of flavour. Each concentrate alters the mineral balance of your water, enhancing extraction, mouthfeel, and sweetness — without masking the coffee’s natural character.
