Description

Non-bypass brewer that combines immersion with a piston-driven vacuum stage in a glass brewing chamber.

How it brews

Coffee first brews by immersion. The Wingnut mechanism can then turn paddles in the chamber for optional agitation. Raising the assembly pulls the brew upward and creates a vacuum below the filter. The liquid then percolates through the coffee bed and filter without bypass.
