The Flair 58 Plus 2 is Flair's flagship espresso maker, and the most refined expression of lever-based brewing ever produced. Designed in response to feedback from the specialty coffee community, the 58 Plus 2 retains everything that made the original Flair 58 exceptional whilst completely reimagining the experience of using it.
The centrepiece of the redesign is the fully integrated Preheat System Controller, now built directly into the base of the machine. Combined with simplified wiring and a compact Apple-style power adaptor, the result is the cleanest countertop presence of any manual espresso maker on the market. Three temperature settings give you precise control over your brew temperature, whilst the industry-standard 58mm wooden-handled portafilter and included pressure gauge ensure every shot is dialled in with confidence.
