Description

Individual APAX LAB mineral concentrates for adjusting filtered or demineralised brewing water. APAX states that its concentrates were used by 90% of competitors at the 2025 World Brewers Cup.

How to use

Add the concentrate to brew water, espresso or a filter recipe, then shake thoroughly before use. Approximately one drop in a 200mL brew adds 10 ppm of dissolved solids.
