Introducing the EM tool, by BooKoo. A pressure transducer, with the ability to transmit real time puck-pressure data to your phone using the proprietary app, or other Bluetooth profiling apps, such as Beanconqueror.

The EM tool is charged using USB-C and has a theoretical long standby idle battery life of 180 days. A low lag, low latency data transmission means a very low 0.1s delay time from actual live data, to displayed data on the app.

Using the app on your iOS or Android device, EM allows you to monitor your puck pressure in real time. The BooKoo Themis Scales can be used in conjunction to profile flow and pressure together. Store profiles to track your extraction over time with different recipes, machines and brew methods.
