The Naughty Dog

Based in Jílové u Prahy (just 40 minutes from Prague), The Naughty Dog roastery was founded in October 2018 by barista champions Petra and Gwilym. 
Driven by a love for clean, vibrant single‑origin beans and a playful spirit (thanks to their two mischievous sausage dogs Jenny & Maya), The Naughty Dog pairs professional experience with everyday joy. 
Using an Italian IMF roaster and combining hot air plus drum roast technology, they craft sweet, flavour‑rich coffees that stand out in filter and espresso.
Whether you’re picking up a bag from the roastery, enjoying a coffee on‑site on Fridays or exploring their seasonal microlots.
