Created exclusively with MOK Coffee, this Apax Lab custom mineral profile is designed to support and elevate light-roasted coffees. It's built to brighten the cup, enhance texture, and improve overall balance — bringing more definition, structure and clarity to delicate coffees without overpowering their natural expression. The result is a cup that feels vibrant, balanced and complete.

How to use: Shake well before use. Add 3–4g per litre to your brew water, or add 1–10 drops directly into a 200ml cup. For optimal results, use demineralised water.
Ingredients: Water, magnesium chloride, magnesium citrate, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, silica. Made with analytical reagent grade (AR) minerals for the highest levels of purity.
