The High Uniformity (HU) burrs are the espresso-forward, filter capable, upgrade burrs for your EK65S or K30 by Mahlkonig.
HU burrs generate a grind distribution which provides a controlled amount of fines perfect for espresso and a broader more uniform distribution of grinds.
