The High Uniformity (HU) burrs are the espresso-forward, filter capable, upgrade burrs for your 83mm flat burr grinder.
HU burrs generate a grind distribution which provides a controlled amount of fines and a broader more uniform distribution of grinds. Pitched at the nutty, thicker bodied espresso lover, the HU burrs give you that classical shot with all of the punch.
In the filter regime, HU burrs give a balanced profile with not too much acidity. The cup has a long finish with high sweetness and medium clarity.
