ABOUT THIS COFFEE

From the highlands of Sidama, this special reserve Oma Lot #11 comes from Elto in Bona, crafted by the acclaimed duo Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene - the same visionary producers behind the celebrated Elora Station coffees.

The 74110 variety, cultivated at high altitude, thrives in the rich red soils and cool climate of Bona. This washed process lot exemplifies clarity and balance, achieved through meticulous cherry selection, controlled fermentation, and gentle drying on raised beds. The result is a pristine and expressive cup that highlights the floral and citrus complexity that define Sidama’s finest coffees.

IN THE CUP

A refined and articulate washed Ethiopian, shimmering with floral precision and tea-like sweetness. The cup opens with jasmine aromatics, transitions into tangerine and peach, and concludes with an Earl Grey finish - bright, structured, and endlessly elegant.

A standout washed lot from Sidama’s Elto Bona project, showcasing the finesse and craftsmanship of Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene.
