This limited-edition mineral concentrate from Apax Lab was created in direct collaboration with Némo Pop, the 2025 World AeroPress Champion. It replicates the precise water profile used in his winning routine — the result of months of preparation, testing and refinement in the lead-up to his world title.
The profile is engineered to deliver a heavy, round mouthfeel with enhanced sweetness and balance, clear flavour definition, and smooth, controlled acidity. The outcome is a cup that feels rich, structured and expressive, while still letting the coffee's origin character do the talking.

How to use: Shake well before use. Add 3–4g per litre to your brew water, or add 1–10 drops directly into a 200ml cup. For optimal results, use demineralised water.
Ingredients: Demineralised water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, potassium chloride, silica, sodium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate. Made with analytical reagent grade (AR) minerals for the highest levels of purity.
