Every year, our Holiday Blend is the most anticipated release of the season—a big, warm, liquid hug to our longtime supporters and an enthusiastic high five to new friends joining us for the first time.

This year has been heavy for many of us—from uncertainty in the world to the emotional weight of the season itself—and while coffee can’t fix everything, we truly believe in its ability to bring people together. Whether shared with family, friends, or even in quiet moments alone, a good cup of coffee can spark comfort, connection, and hope—the kind of twinkling warmth that defines the holidays.

For every bag sold, B&W will donate $1 to the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina, helping us spread that warmth even further.

This year’s Holiday Blend beautifully balances comfort and complexity, combining three unique coffees that harmonize into something festive, sweet, and deeply satisfying:

  • 50% Ushirika – Kenya: Adds structure, sweetness, and subtle spice.

  • 25% Huver Castillo – Colombia: Brings red berry brightness and soft fruit complexity.

  • 25% Esteban Zamora – Costa Rica: Cinnamon co-fermented lot that adds cozy, spiced warmth.

Together, they create a cup that feels like a celebration—layered and comforting, yet effortlessly drinkable.

Sip the Season

Sweet and spiced like cinnamon sugar, this blend unfolds with nostalgic red fruit notes that call to mind cherry cobbler and holiday pie. As it cools, smooth tones of milk chocolate and toasted marshmallow emerge, reminiscent of freshly made s’mores by the fire.

It’s warm, inviting, and endlessly comforting—perfect black or with cream and sugar—and crafted for everyone to enjoy around the same table.

What is the roast recency?

We recommend brewing with beans that are at least two weeks off roast. All beans are roasted to peak flavour at around 6-12 weeks. We have the option to either purchase standard beans (at least 2 weeks but no longer than 6 weeks off roast), or rested beans (at least 7 weeks off roast, no longer than 12 - should we have any left in stock!). For peak flavour, if you are looking to use immediately, we recommend purchasing the rested beans. If you are adding to your rotation of beans, we recommend purchasing the standard and allowing the beans to naturally rest and mature whilst you rotate through other beans.
