About This Coffee
This special edition Geisha from Finca Las Brisas is a study in refinement and balance — a cup that is both gentle and complex, vibrant yet soothing. Roasted for filter, it shines with clarity, offering a harmonious interplay of florals, fruit, and tea-like elegance.
Producer John Wilmer Cuellar cultivates his Geisha trees with meticulous care at 1,550 meters in the lush hills of Acevedo, Huila, a region famed for its expressive and aromatic coffees. Every step of the process — from selective handpicking to careful fermentation and sun drying on raised beds — is executed with precision to preserve the purity and delicacy of the variety.
The result is a silky, aromatic cup filled with notes of white flowers, peach, and orange candy, finishing with the refined texture of black tea. Elegant, fresh, and beautifully sweet, this coffee is the perfect companion for slow mornings or thoughtful afternoons — a quiet celebration of craftsmanship and terroir.
