DAK are excited to share one of the very first releases from the new coffee estate of their partners at Cata Export. Produced in extremely limited quantities, this Pink Bourbon anaerobic natural is a standout from the very start.

In the cup, it’s luxuriously creamy and indulgent, with a playful sweetness that immediately draws you in. We’re reminded of forest fruit gelato, swirled with vanilla yoghurt, and finished with a comforting layer of brown sugar. The result is a coffee that feels rich yet balanced—decadent without being heavy, and expressive without tipping into excess.

A joyful, dessert-like profile that showcases both the potential of this new estate and the elegance of Pink Bourbon when handled with care.

We recommend brewing with beans that are at least two weeks off roast. All beans are roasted to peak flavour at around 8-12 weeks. We have the option to either purchase standard beans (at least 2 weeks but no longer than 6 weeks off roast), or rested beans (at least 7 weeks off roast, no longer than 12). For peak flavour, if you are looking to use immediately, we recommend purchasing the rested beans. If you are adding to your rotation of beans, we recommend purchasing the standard and allowing the beans to naturally rest and mature whilst you rotate through other beans.
