INTRO
A white honey Geisha from Jorge Rojas at Finca La Roca — certified organic, carefully processed, and rushed to Prodigal straight after drying to lock in its quality. Peach, orange blossom, and mango: honeyed and floral, with the delicacy the variety demands.
THE PRODUCER
Finca La Roca is Jorge Rojas's 7-hectare certified organic farm in Huila, sitting between 1,800 and 2,000 MASL. Jorge also runs the La Roca processing plant in Planadas, where his coffees are handled with the same precision he brings to growing them.
THE PROCESS
Cherries were floated to remove defects, then fermented for 48 hours. Depulping left just a trace of fruit mucilage in contact with the seed — the defining characteristic of a white honey process — before the coffee was dried for 14 days and dispatched directly to Prodigal to preserve its freshness.
THE CUP
Gentle, aromatic, and beautifully balanced — a white honey process that adds just enough sweetness and body to complement the Geisha's natural florals without ever getting in the way of them.
