Swerl – Falkenberg, Sweden

Swerl is a micro roastery dedicated to seasonal, relationship-driven coffee. Founded in 2019 by Beatriz, a sommelier, and Daniel, an aircraft technician, Swerl began as a beachside coffee bar in a converted 1972 Mercedes bus. Since then, they’ve grown into an internationally recognized roastery—ranked 47th globally by Roastful in 2024 and placing 2nd at Nordic’s Best Roasters in 2025.

Rooted in quality, traceability, and curiosity, Swerl works closely with producers to highlight the unique character of each origin—crafting coffees with care, clarity, and purpose.
