Description

Set of three APAX LAB mineral concentrates for adjusting filtered or demineralised brewing water. The box contains TONIK, JAMM and LYLAC. APAX states that its concentrates were used by 90% of competitors at the 2025 World Brewers Cup.

Profiles

Composition

TONIK [1]: water, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate

LYLAC [3]: water, magnesium sulfate, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride

How to use

Add the concentrate to brew water, espresso or a filter recipe, then shake thoroughly before use. Approximately one drop in a 200mL brew adds 10 ppm of dissolved solids.
