Flair has long been touted as the originator of modern manual 'spro. Building on the legendary PRO lineage, the 49 PRO introduces a completely streamlined workflow without sacrificing the craftsmanship Flair is known for — and with no electronics in sight.

At the heart of the 49 PRO is an all stainless steel brew path — no plastic ever touches your water or coffee. The entire brewing head is engineered for optimised heat retention, featuring an innovative hollow stainless steel plunger that heats faster and holds temperature throughout your extraction.

Unlike its predecessors, the 49 PRO requires no disassembly between shots. The cylinder and piston remain in place, making back-to-back brewing genuinely effortless. The 49mm portafilter basket — smaller in diameter and deeper than a standard 58mm — naturally reduces channelling and makes dialling in more forgiving, particularly at coarser grind settings.

Two baskets are included as standard: a pressurised basket for beginners or pre-ground coffee, and a bottomless basket for experienced brewers seeking full control. Rounding out the package are a stainless steel tamper, dosing funnel, and integrated drip tray.
