INTRO
A fresh, distinctly fruity filter coffee that stands out for its combination of forest fruit and hibiscus with a sweet praline aftertaste. Red berries and a candy sweetness reminiscent of PEZ appear in the cup, accompanied by pleasantly higher acidity that highlights each flavour and gives the cup a lively, clean character. This decaf special edition rests above all on the pairing of fruitiness, floral tones, and a sweet finish. In the cup: PEZ candy, red berries, hibiscus, and pralines.

THE PRODUCER
This coffee comes from Huila, one of Colombia's best-known growing regions, grown by farmer Jhoan Vergara at Finca Las Flores. It's Pink Bourbon, grown at around 1,750 masl, and harvested in autumn 2025. Huila's origin, together with Pink Bourbon, forms the basis for the distinctly fruity and floral flavour profile.

THE PROCESS
After harvest the coffee went through washed processing, which supports its clean, legible character in the cup. That lets the individual flavour layers come through clearly and complement each other naturally.

The washed processing is the defining step. It's what lets the higher acidity link the red fruit tones with the floral hibiscus character, while a candy- and praline-like sweetness appears in the aftertaste.

THE CUP
Lively and balanced: forest fruit, red berries, and hibiscus lead, with a higher, clean acidity carrying through to a sweet finish of candy and pralines. Made for filter brewing.
