INTRO
A washed Gesha from Anibal Sanchez at La Siria — named Flor Blanca after the white flowers of the coffee tree. Berries, peach jam, and floral lift in the cup, with the clarity that a careful washed process brings to a variety this expressive.
THE PRODUCER
La Siria is a 5-hectare farm in Huila that has passed through three generations of the Sanchez family — from Anibal's grandfather, to his father, to Anibal and his sister. For many years the farm grew only Caturra, but through a family connection they sourced Gesha seeds from Panama. In 2021, Anibal placed second at the Colombian Cup of Excellence with that same Gesha — a result that speaks to just how far the variety has come on this land.
THE PROCESS
Ripe cherries were collected and sorted by density, thoroughly washed, then dried on raised beds for 20–24 days.
THE CUP
A Gesha with a story behind every cup — delicate, floral, and quietly complex, shaped by three generations of farming and one family's decision to try something new.
