SSP High Uniformity (80mm, Red Speed) Blind Burrs
Description
SSP sit on the front stage when it comes to flat burr design. Allowing you to access a higher level of grind quality with your current electric grinder, without the full price of upgrading your entire grinder.
The High Uniformity (HU) burrs are the espresso-forward, filter capable, upgrade burrs for your 80mm flat burr grinder.
Blind burrs are designed without screw holes and are for specific grinders that accept blind burrs. If your grinder requires screws, this burr set is not compatible.
HU burrs generate a grind distribution which provides a controlled amount of fines and a broader more uniform distribution of grinds. Pitched at the nutty, thicker bodied espresso lover, the HU burrs give you that classical shot with all of the punch.
In the filter regime, HU burrs give a balanced profile with not too much acidity. The cup has a long finish with high sweetness and medium clarity.
