CAFEC Flower Dripper

From CAFEC — the Japanese company that pioneered the cone-shaped paper filter — comes the Flower Dripper, a dripper designed from the ground up.

The dripper's distinctive petal-shaped ribs are carved into the inner surface, creating a continuous air layer between the paper and the dripper wall. This keeps the filter lifted away from the cone entirely, allowing your grounds to bloom and expand freely — something previously achievable only with a flannel (nel) dripper. At the same time, the 60° cone angle promotes water circulation from the centre outward, forming a deep, even filtration bed that draws out sweetness and complexity while unwanted, astringent notes are flushed through quickly.

The result is a brew that is clear, clean, and vibrant — one that rewards attentive pouring but is forgiving enough for everyday use. Because water volume in equals water volume out, flow stays consistent regardless of pour technique, making it easier to dial in and replicate your best cups.

Now made from Tritan — a BPA-free copolyester developed by Eastman — the dripper is more durable and flexible than conventional resin, resistant to drops, heat, and chemicals, and certified safe for use across EU markets. Available in a range of glass-like transparent colours to suit any brew bar.

Available in Cup1 (1 cup) and Cup4 (2–4 cups).
