The Sweet 'Cast' burrs are designed as a step up from the standard burr set residing in the the DF83v. What you will gain in filter is a slightly sweeter cup, toned down acidity and a medium body - totally rounded off. In espresso, expect medium-high body, higher perceived sweetness and brighter shots.
