NOMAD presents a vibrant and layered cup—blueberry, violet, and blackberry lead with a juicy fruit-forward character and floral lift.

As the cup cools, softer notes begin to emerge—milk chocolate, honey, grape, and cherry—bringing sweetness, depth, and clarity to the profile. A juicy body and balanced acidity make this a standout filter option.

This naturally processed lot begins with selective handpicking—85% of the cherries harvested at peak ripeness. After floating and a 4-hour soak, the cherries are slowly dried on raised beds under shade for 35 days. The result is a clean, controlled fermentation and a cup with exceptional clarity and expression.

Expect notes of Blueberries, Violets and Blackberries

What is the roast recency?

We recommend brewing with beans that are at least two weeks off roast. All beans are roasted to peak flavour at around 6-10 weeks. We have the option to either purchase standard beans (at least 2 weeks but no longer than 6 weeks off roast), or rested beans (at least 7 weeks off roast, no longer than 10). For peak flavour, if you are looking to use immediately, we recommend purchasing the rested beans. If you are adding to your rotation of beans, we recommend purchasing the standard and allowing the beans to naturally rest and mature whilst you rotate through other beans.
