Varia Hypernova ULTRA-S Burrs for VS3

Hypernova ULTRA-S burrs for the VS3 are designed as an upgraded burr set for a heightened experience with lighter roasts - focusing on a more unimodal distribution and a sharper peak. In the cup you will experience higher clarity, medium body with balanced acidity and sweetness. The ULTRA-S burrs offer the highest clarity amongst the Varia VS3 burr range.

A Titanium Plasma coating and the addition of a Plasma coating allows for added heat protection on the edge of the burr, leading to a large reduction in burr wear and heat transfer to the grinds.

The addition of a pre-cutting phase increases the speed and efficiency of grinding over the standard burr set.
