This washed Caturra, alongside sibling releases Kabuki and Yoru, shows that same exacting standard applied to more classic, everyday varieties.

This lot is Washed, a method that removes the fruit before fermentation and drying — allowing Caturra's naturally rich, structured character to come through, building the dark berry and cacao depth that define this cup.
