ACACIA HILLS GESHA is a vibrant and refined expression of one of the world’s most prized varieties. In the cup, it opens with a jasmine-like floral fragrance, layered with bright bergamot and the tropical sweetness of ripe pineapple. A juicy, silky body meets a crisp, sparkling acidity—offering freshness, finesse, and a cup that lingers long after the final sip. This is a coffee for those chasing a truly unforgettable sensory experience.

Ripe cherries are handpicked and undergo open-air fermentation for 12 to 13 hours. After washing and sorting to isolate only the highest quality beans, the coffee is slow-dried on raised African beds for 13 to 16 days, depending on weather conditions, until it reaches a moisture level of 12%. NOMAD curates this lot for its clarity, balance, and elegance—a testament to Acacia Hills’ commitment to both craft and sustainability.

What is the roast recency?

We recommend brewing with beans that are at least two weeks off roast. All beans are roasted to peak flavour at around 6-10 weeks. We have the option to either purchase standard beans (at least 2 weeks but no longer than 6 weeks off roast), or rested beans (at least 7 weeks off roast, no longer than 10). For peak flavour, if you are looking to use immediately, we recommend purchasing the rested beans. If you are adding to your rotation of beans, we recommend purchasing the standard and allowing the beans to naturally rest and mature whilst you rotate through other beans.
