Beschreibung
A rich, sweet cup with layers of blackberry jam, brioche, and custard. Vibrant passion fruit and tangerine bring a bright, citrusy lift, balanced by a clean, lively acidity.
Elto Coffee is driven by Eliyas Dukamo and Atiklit Dejene, whose vision is to reveal the depth of Ethiopian terroirs through nano-lots defined by clarity and precision. Working closely with smallholder farmers, they select the ripest cherries and apply meticulous processing, blending tradition with innovation to express the singular character of Sidama.
This commitment goes beyond craft—rooted in traceability, long-term partnerships, and sustainability, ensuring every lot reflects both artistry and respect for land, people, and the future of specialty coffee.
Variety 74158 originates from JARC, developed in 1974 for resilience and quality—“74” marking the year, with 158 denoting the specific selection.
Flavour Notes: Blackberry, Ripe Passionfruit, Cream, Tangerine

We recommend brewing with beans that are at least two weeks off roast. All beans are roasted to peak flavour at around 8-12 weeks. We have the option to either purchase standard beans (at least 2 weeks but no longer than 6 weeks off roast), or rested beans (at least 7 weeks off roast, no longer than 12). For peak flavour, if you are looking to use immediately, we recommend purchasing the rested beans. If you are adding to your rotation of beans, we recommend purchasing the standard and allowing the beans to naturally rest and mature whilst you rotate through other beans.
