Knodos Echo Palm Tamper
Introducing the Echo Auto-Levelling Palm Tamper, by KNODOS.
Crafted with a choice of premium wood finishes, the Echo reimagines the tamping experience with an ergonomic palm-press design that puts less strain on the wrist and delivers a more natural, consistent downward force. The wide, cylindrical handle sits comfortably in the palm of your hand — simply position, press, and let the auto-levelling spring mechanism do the rest, ensuring a perfectly level tamp every time regardless of hand angle or applied pressure.
Choose between three exotic wood finishes: Walnut, Rosewood, or Maple.
- Palm Ergonomics: The Echo's tall, wide-diameter handle is designed to be pressed with the full palm rather than gripped like a conventional tamper. This reduces wrist strain during repeated use and promotes a more consistent, natural tamping motion — particularly beneficial in higher-volume settings.
- Auto-Levelling Spring Mechanism: An internal spring system automatically corrects for uneven hand pressure, distributing force evenly across the puck surface for a level, consistent extraction every time.
- Smooth Flat Base: The Echo features a polished smooth flat stainless steel base for a clean, even tamp with no surface imprinting.
- Premium Wood Handle: Beautifully finished in your choice of natural wood, the Echo brings warmth and craftsmanship to your espresso setup alongside a comfortable, sure grip.
- KNODOS Compatibility: Pairs seamlessly with other KNODOS espresso tools including distribution tools, tamping stations, portafilters, bean cellars, knock boxes, and RDT tools.
Sizes available:
