Teodomiro Jiménez farms Finca La Toronja in Loja — one of Ecuador's most celebrated coffee-growing regions, producing some of the cleanest and most expressive washed lots in South America. This coffee comes to us through Coffee Quest.
THE PROCESS
Washed, delivering the clarity and precision that Loja's best lots are known for — transparent flavour separation, sugary sweetness, and a cup that lets the Typica variety speak without interference.
