Description

Written by the founders of the Danish roastery Coffee Collective, this book takes readers through every stage of the coffee journey - from how different varieties are grown and harvested, through roasting choices, to brewing a great cup at home or behind the bar.

Across roughly 300 pages it covers coffee history and sustainability, tasting technique, the effect of cultivation on flavour, home and professional roasting, and a barista's toolkit, along with around 20 step-by-step brew recipes spanning AeroPress, filter coffee and espresso.
