How to use

Add one full pump to 0.9–1.2 litres of demineralised water under 15 PPM, or 3–4 full pumps to one US gallon. Mix, heat and brew. Follow the manufacturer's user guide for pump priming. Do not shake the bottle. Not recommended for adding directly to brewed coffee.

Not suitable for traditional espresso machines. The manufacturer reports suitability for open or boiler-free machines when brewing modern-style espresso preparations.

Ingredients

Water, magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate. Natural Mineral Matrix: a proprietary composition of 75+ naturally occurring minerals and elements, including potassium, calcium, sulfate, silicon, boron, zinc, manganese, iodine and selenium.

One order includes one pump. Makes up to 17 US gallons of brewing water. Supplied in an airless, dual-wall polypropylene bottle.
