INTRO
A finely balanced Ethiopian coffee, where the vivacity of lemon zest meets the delicacy of white tea. The cup is clean and luminous, with an almond-like sweetness rounding everything out without weighing it down. A balanced, elegant, aromatic coffee that leaves a fresh, sweet taste on the palate. In the cup: lemon zest, white tea, and grapefruit.
THE PRODUCER
This coffee comes from Lalesa, in the Kebele region, a terroir renowned for intensely floral coffees with beautiful acidity. The Yellow Honey process here brings a soft texture and lovely sweetness to the cup.
THE PROCESS
This lot is processed as a Yellow Honey — a lighter honey method leaving a portion of the mucilage on the parchment during drying, adding body and sweetness while keeping the cup clean and bright.
The Yellow Honey processing is the defining step — it's what builds the soft texture and lovely sweetness behind the lemon zest and white tea character that define this cup.
THE CUP
Clean and luminous — vivacious lemon zest meets delicate white tea, rounded by an almond-like sweetness and a bright grapefruit finish. Balanced, elegant, and aromatic.
