The High Uniformity (HU) burrs are the espresso-forward, filter capable, upgrade burrs for your 80mm flat burr grinder.

Blind burrs are designed screw holes and are for specific grinders that accept blind burrs. If your grinder requires screws, this burr set is not compatible.

HU burrs generate a grind distribution which provides a controlled amount of fines and a broader more uniform distribution of grinds. Pitched at the nutty, thicker bodied espresso lover, the HU burrs give you that classical shot with all of the punch.
