The High Uniformity (HU) burrs are the espresso-forward, filter capable, upgrade burrs for your 64mm flat burr grinder. 

HU burrs generate a grind distribution which provides a controlled amount of fines perfect for espresso and a broader more uniform distribution of grinds.

If you are looking for a burr set that provides high vibrancy, high clarity and is filter focussed, look towards the original SSP 'Multipurpose' V1 burrs

If you are looking for a burr set that still gives you clarity and vibrancy and grinds for both filter and espresso, but you're more filter focussed - the SSP Multipurpose V2 burrs are the ones to look at.
