THE PROCESS This lot is carefully Washed and sun-dried on raised beds — a method that removes the fruit before fermentation and drying, allowing Catuaí's naturally clean, balanced character to come through with clarity, building the yellow plum and caramel sweetness that define this cup.
THE CUP Clean and balanced — yellow plum sweetness up front, macadamia richness through the middle, and a caramel finish. A classic, well-crafted expression of Costa Rican Tarrazú.
