INTRO A beautiful washed Pink Bourbon that brings the juice — an intense, juicy, and clean cup harkening back to some of the best Pink Bourbon releases of recent years. Excellent clarity, with softness and florality moving in on the finish. White peach and starfruit lead, with orange blossom lingering throughout. In the cup: white peach, starfruit, and orange blossom.

THE PRODUCER La Fortuna is a new farm addition, sourced through Qima, with an excellent reputation and a strong history of performing well in competition and auction.

THE PROCESS This lot is Washed, a method that removes the fruit before fermentation and drying — allowing Pink Bourbon's naturally juicy, tropical character to come through with clarity, building the white peach and starfruit sweetness that define this cup.

THE CUP Intense and juicy from the start — tropical fruits and stone fruit dominate most of the cup, giving way to softer florality in the finish. Clean, with a taffy-like sweetness and an acid-leaning balance.
