INTRO
One of this season's favourite Kenyans — a washed AA field blend from Ndimi Factory, juicy and layered. Rhubarb soda fizz leads, with blackcurrant depth and an orange brightness throughout. In the cup: rhubarb soda, blackcurrant, and orange.
THE PRODUCER
The Inoi Farmers Cooperative Society Limited is an agricultural cooperative based in Kirinyaga County, near Kerugoya on the foothills of Mount Kenya. Registered in 1954, it manages multiple coffee processing wet-mills — including Kaguyu, Thaita, Kianderi, Kerugoya, Ndimi, and Karia — supporting thousands of smallholder farmers producing specialty Arabica coffee.
THE PROCESS
This lot is Washed, a method that removes the fruit before fermentation and drying — allowing the varietal mix's naturally juicy, layered character to come through, building the fizzy rhubarb soda and blackcurrant notes that define this cup.
