Mulugeta Muntasha is known for winning 3rd place in the 2024 Cup of Excellence and multiple top rankings in 2022. At 2,300 metres above sea level, the farm produces washed, anaerobic natural, and natural coffees with a focus on the highest quality, working with 320 outgrowers to improve lot separation for better payments. Coffees from Mulugeta's farm are bright and floral with strong structure, shaped by slow maturation and refined post-harvest techniques. THE PROCESS
This lot is an Anaerobic Natural — cherries ferment in a sealed, oxygen-restricted environment before drying whole, allowing the fruit to impart intensified character directly into the bean.
