NEMO AeroPress x Apax Lab — World Championship Winning Water Profile

What does it take to win the 2025 World AeroPress Championship? Among other things: the right water.

This limited-edition mineral concentrate from Apax Lab was created in direct collaboration with Némo Pop, the 2025 World AeroPress Champion. It replicates the precise water profile used in his winning routine — the result of months of preparation, testing and refinement in the lead-up to his world title.

The profile is engineered to deliver a heavy, round mouthfeel with enhanced sweetness and balance, clear flavour definition, and smooth, controlled acidity. The outcome is a cup that feels rich, structured and expressive, while still letting the coffee's origin character do the talking.

What this profile delivers:

• Heavy, round mouthfeel
• Enhanced sweetness and balance
• Clear flavour definition
• Smooth, controlled acidity
