Billing and delivery

Your first payment is taken when you subscribe. Renewals are charged on the 22nd for the following month’s box, which normally ships around the 20th.

If you join shortly before the cut-off, your first payment and first renewal can both fall in the same calendar month.

Rare lots and smaller bags

On plans with two or more bags, one bag may occasionally be 60g to 150g in place of a standard 200g to 286g bag. This lets us include rarer lots, experimental processes, and hard-to-source coffees.

Pause or cancel any time. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Read the subscription policy or manage an existing subscription.
