SSP sit on the front stage when it comes to flat burr design. Allowing you to access a higher level of grind quality with your current electric grinder, without the full price of upgrading your entire grinder.

The Cast burrs inspired by the ditting lab sweet burrs generate a grind distribution that produce a sweeter and more rounded filter and espresso than the corresponding High Uniformity and Multipurpose burrs of SSP.

Think of the Lab Sweet Cast burrs as sitting in a good balance between the Multipurpose burrs, and the High Uniformity burrs. Giving you that well-rounded experience.

LSV3 - Red Speed (Espresso-leaning)

V3 Cast burrs with Red Speed coating generate a controlled number of fines, owing to the slightly higher coefficient of friction on the red speed coating meaning these Cast burrs produce espresso shots that have the body you want, with good clarity.

LSV2 - Silver Knight (Filter-leaning)

V2 Cast burrs with Silver Knight coating generate less fines than the Red Speed variant. This means the resulting cup will be lighter in body, slightly cleaner and more vibrant with the same level of sweetness.

If you prefer great acidity, and cleaner brews - the V2 with Silver Knight coating is preferable over the V3.
