Always the same intention: a juicy, fruit-laden Caturra field blend of great balance and a clean finish. This year brings a notable departure, with a very prominent jasmine finish that is an interesting and welcome new chapter for this perennial favourite. In the cup: plum, starfruit, and jasmine.

Caturra, a natural Bourbon mutation first identified in Brazil in the early twentieth century, has been a cornerstone of Colombian specialty coffee for decades. THE PROCESS

The Washed process at Finca El Paraíso involves:
