Description
From A.M.O.C.:
"We’ve had some great feedback on its flavour and roast, but also notes that it’s trickier to dial in than expected and a bit rough around the edges. It’s one of those coffees that can surprise you, a mystery and a challenge in the best way, but overall, a unique chance to taste what a Gesha from China tastes like (and as such a young crop too, which shows potential for the future)
We’ve had the best results brewing it on Aeropress and recommend giving that a go if you can.
And because we want you to fully enjoy it, we’re offering a big discount on this Yunnan’ Gesha with every order, so you can experiment without much extra cost."
Normally, this Gesha - being quite rare - is double the price, we are matching AMOC's discount and offering you the chance to taste China's early offerings of Gesha from Yunnan.
Flavour Notes: Lapsang Tea, Jasmin, Oolong, Subtle White Peach
AMOC Coffees are beautifully displayed and delivered in a lightweight, fully recyclable PET jar. This jar can be reused as you wish!

What is the roast recency?
We recommend brewing with beans that are at least two weeks off roast. All beans are roasted to peak flavour at around 8-12 weeks. We have the option to either purchase standard beans (at least 2 weeks but no longer than 6 weeks off roast), or rested beans (at least 7 weeks off roast, no longer than 12). For peak flavour, if you are looking to use immediately, we recommend purchasing the rested beans. If you are adding to your rotation of beans, we recommend purchasing the standard and allowing the beans to naturally rest and mature whilst you rotate through other beans.
