An update on pre-ordered items
With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, amongst a spike in demand for air freight, we wanted to share an update with you which has affected our timelines.
We are doing everything we can to ensure a timely fulfilment of pre-orders.
Ultimately our freight out of the east (Hong Kong/Taiwan/Singapore/China) have all been affected with large quantities of items in a queue to being shipped out of, currently, Hong Kong. We have always used the highest priority air freight for our goods to avoid potential queues, however, a large spike in the demand for expedited shipping out of the east, coupled with staffing issues related to C19 in China and HK have resulted in delays that were unforeseen.
The latest update we have is that all of the pre-ordered items:
J-Max, K-Plus, JE-Plus, JX, Chestnut-X, Chestnut C2, Black Mirror Plus are in HK waiting for a slot, though all have cleared customs. When a slot is available, we should receive the goods within two days.
We apologise for any delays in getting your order to you. I would like to stress that, our policy for pre-orders is such that you may always request a refund and cancellation at any point during this time, meaning you're always within your rights to cancel.
We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.
